In Memoriam

I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

IN MEMORIAM A. H. H. by Alfred Lord Tennyson

The Reverend Suzanne Meyer has long been a friend of All Souls Community Church, filling our pulpit as our very first Mid-Winter Lecturer in February 2006. During her time with us, friendships developed and ties were established. Suzanne was a colleague of Rev. Dr. Brent Smith at All Souls in Tulsa, and served UU Congregations in New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta, St. Louis and Cheyenne. She was one of Unitarian Universalism's finest preachers and writers.

Regretfully, Suzanne died on the afternoon of Jan 23, 2010.

The Cheyenne, Wyoming, UU congregation (http://www.uucheyenne.org/) has set up the Suzanne Meyer Compassionate Assistance Fund at Well Fargo Bank. Anyone wishing to make a contribution of any amount to this fund may send a check or money order made out to The Suzanne Meyer Compassionate Assistance Fund (indicating Donation Fund in the memo section of the check) to:
