Rebecka Clement

Director of Religious Education

On behalf of our program, I’d like to welcome your family to All Souls. Let me tell you a little about myself.

I studied elementary education at Ferris State University and  received my bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University with a double major in Religion and Anthropology. Before I had my son, I worked as a preschool teacher and did some substitute teaching in my home town. My interests have always centered around culture, spirituality, mythology, and now family as I have started to build my own. These passions help fuel my desire to serve our church community and I now enjoy working with the youth of All Souls.

I believe it is very important for children to have a sense of community and a place where they belong.

Religion Education is all about connection. “I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” -Dr. Brené Brown
