II. Board of Trustees Election to fill Vacancies

Jon Waalkes, previously appointed by President Tom Van Dragt to fill a vacancy on the Board of Trustees and as Secretary of the Board of Trustees, after a motion by Herm Sullivan and seconded by Mike Arents was unanimously elected to those positions by the congregation via voice vote.

III. Presentation of the 2007 Budget (T. Van Dragt)

After a review of the budget-approval process and the budget itself, Tom Van Dragt made the following motion:

By direction of the Board of Trustees, I move that the members of All Souls Community Church of West Michigan adopt the church budget for the calendar year January 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007, here presented.

The motion passed unanimously via voice vote.
