Presentation of the BOT Slate for 2007/2008

After a review of the nomination process from Steve Compton on behalf of the nominating committee, Tom VanDragt made the following motion:

By direction of the Board of Trustees, I move that the members of All Souls Community Church of West Michigan adopt the following members to 3 year terms on the BOT starting July 2007 to June 2010.

Jock Ambrose, Trustee

Steve Compton, Trustee

Meribeth Nudelman, Trustee

Cindy Schneider, Trustee

It was further moved to adopt the following members to 1 year terms on the following executive roles starting July 2007 to June 2008.

Tom VanDragt, President

Cindy Schneider, VP Programs

Jon Waalkes, VP Finance

Suzie MacKeigan, Secretary

The motion passed unanimously via voice vote with (1) abstention recorded.

Announcement of All Souls participation in “Forward Through the Ages” Stewardship consulting program. This program with be a multi year process starting with a June 2^{nd retreat. (Tom VanDragt)}
